Eat well to boost up your work out plans

Staying fit doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your appetite for some dreadful diet plans. To be able to have a nice and lean body, eating well with nutritious and lean food needs to combine with work-out plan. Here are some tips for you to start your fitness programs.
1. Don’t skip breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meals of the day. Do you know people who don’t eat breakfast have higher risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity? Moreover, you don’t want to start your working day being light-headed and sluggish just because you skip your meal. That’s why you should always have your breakfast. A good and healthy breakfast option includes:
– Low fat milk
– Fresh juice with no sugar added
– Cereals/ oats with dried fruits and nuts
– A banana
– Yogurt
– Whole-wheat bread

2. Size does matter
If you want to limit your calories intakes without feeling it, you can have various dishes with small size. For example, in stead of eating only one big pasta plate, you can have different dishes and serve them on small boxes. Let’s have a look:
– 01 small pasta box
– 01 salad box
– 01 fruit box
You’ll feel that you visually have many dishes at the same time with less calories intakes by adding healthy options.

3. Snack well before hitting the gym
Snacks eaten right before exercise probably won’t give you added energy if your workout lasts less than 60 minutes, but may help you distract hunger. If your workout is longer than 60 minutes, you can add healthy carbohydrate food or beverage during the workout. Good snack options include:
– An energy bar
– A banana or an apple
– A rich smoothie
– Peanut butter sandwich
– Steam pumpkin/ sweet potatoes
A healthy snack is especially important if you plan a workout several hours after a meal.
