Raclette

Raclette is a traditional dish from Switzerland. The raclette cheese round is heated, either in front of a fire or by an electric table-top grill with small pans, then scraped onto diners’ plates. It is accompanied by steamed potatoes, gherkins, pickled onions, and charcuterie such as jambon cru/cuit. It is a dish that is shared and enjoyed between several people.

Fondue

Fondue is a Swiss, Italian and French dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot over a chafting stand heated with a candle or spirit lamp, and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using the long-stemmed forks. It is usually enjoyed between family members or friends during the winter but can also be enjoyed during a simple gathering for a nice and cozy dinner.

The process of hiring a Raclette Grill or Multi Fondue from Annam Gourmet can only be applied if the customer is a member of Annam Loyalty Program and purchases cheese and ham in one of the Annam Gourmet stores.
A copy of the hirer’s ID Card or passport as well as a financial deposit of 1,250,000 VND in cash will be required.

This deposit will be returned completely on the termination date upon condition that the equipment, Raclette Grill or Multi Fondue, is returned complete and in good use.

The period of hire starts when the equipment is at the customer’s disposal and ends when this one returns it at the Annam Gourmet store in which the customer lent it within 2 days. After that time, if it is not returned to the store, extra fees of 200,000 VND / day will be applied.

When the customer returns the machine, if he/she lost the machine or one of the component of the machine is damaged, he/she must pay the total of the machine’s price (1, 250, 000 VND).
