Watermelon salad with feta cheese

700 g fresh watermelon

180 g feta cheese

Bunch of fresh mint leaves

freshly gound pepper

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 thinly sliced red onion


1Scoop out and chop the watermelon flesh into chunks, discarding the peel and if you can also discard the seeds.

2Crumble the feta into random small pieces. Then pick the mint leaves, tear them into smaller pieces.

3Place it all into a bowl along with the red onion slices and combine. Drizzle over with extra virgin olive oil and season with black pepper.
