Oatmeal with mango and coconut

Oatmeal is one of the most healthy food that you can find. Since oatmeal slowly releases energy, it keeps you full for quite a long time. Moreover, oatmeal contains lots of fiber, vitamin, minerals and antioxidants that help you keep fit and healthy.

01 jar of coconut milk (around 400ml)

03 table spoons of honey

02 fresh mango

05 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes

01 cup of cashew nuts

01 pack of oat rolled regular

Pinch of salt


1In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring coconut milk to a boil. Stir in oats and salt, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until oats are tender and creamy. Then slowly add honey and stir.

2Meanwhile, in a small dry skillet over low heat, toast coconut flakes until golden, 2 to 3 minutes.

3Top oatmeal with coconut flakes and mango.
