500 ml fresh pineapple juice

1 cup finely diced pineapple

2 tbsp Teisseire pineapple sirup

2 cups ice cubes

1/2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 pinch Mc Cormick finely-ground cinnamon powder


1Combine pineapple juice, cinnamon powder, ice cubes and lemon juice into a blender

2Blend for about 1 minute until smooth

3Meanwhile, lightly grill the diced pineapple with honey until golden brown

4Serve the mixture into glasses, finish with grilled pineapple on top

5Best-served when chilled or frozen as a pineapple sorbet
