On January 20th, at the French Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, the Certificate of “Goût Français” is officially announced for all enterprises operating in French cuisine area in Vietnam.
As an organization established under the sponsorship of the French Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, “Goût Français” is a certification collecting all French wine and food product importers as well as French restaurants. To ensure food safety and quality, the “Gout Francais” certification is synonymous with the French key and art of living. Choosing a certified association will help you feel secure, comfortable sharing your experiences.
Accordingly, the criteria for enterprises to receive the “Goût Français” certificate includes: (1) They sell French products; (2) Must have a restaurant owner or manager or a chef who are three important parts of a restaurant to be trained in France; (3) Must have food safety certification from the Vietnamese government. “These are the criteria to help close to customers most who are consumers”.
